Our Commitment
Phew.ai is committed to maintaining a safe environment for all users. We have zero tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), including the possession, distribution, or promotion of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
Definitions
Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) refers to any act or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers a child.
Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) refers to any visual content—including photos, videos, illustrations, or computer-generated imagery—that depicts minors in sexually explicit acts. CSAM is illegal and universally condemned.
Prohibited Content
Phew.ai strictly prohibits:
- Creating, uploading, or distributing CSAM
- Any content that facilitates the exploitation or abuse of children
- Any content that sexualizes or endangers minors
Enforcement
When CSAE or CSAM is identified, we will:
- Immediately terminate the associated account
- Remove the content without warning
- Report incidents to law enforcement and the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC)
- Cooperate fully with authorities in accordance with applicable laws
We do not make exceptions.
