Account and Data Deletion

This page is for requesting deletion of your Phew account and associated data. Phew, Inc. ("we," "us," "our") provides the options below so you can delete your account and data whether or not you still have the Phew app installed.

Delete your account in the app

If you still have the Phew app installed, you can delete your account directly: in the app, go to Dashboard → Account → Delete Account. Follow the prompts to confirm. This is the fastest way to delete your account and data.

Request deletion from the web

If you no longer have the app (for example, you uninstalled it, have a broken device, or a new phone), you can request account and data deletion from this page. We will process your request once we can verify it.

By email: Send an email to support@phew.ai with:

• Subject: "Account deletion request"
• The email address associated with your Phew account

We will process your request within 10 business days. You will receive a confirmation when it is complete.

You can also use the form below to compose your deletion request. Submitting it will open your email client with the details prefilled.
